THREAD
We use double-needle lock-stitch, in-lieu-of the chain stitch that is most commonly used. This type of stitch will loosen at the seams which you may notice in the community. Our thread is the thickest Gortex for strength and best durability. We offer a limited labor warranty to piggyback the fabric warranty. Fibers do not degrade in the presence of UV light.

FRAME
Gatorshield is a patented triple layer Flo-Coat® product, demonstrating a thicker layer of zinc protection for extended longevity in highly corrosive environments. It is a rust and corrosion resistant product that has been demonstrated to be the best over the long haul versus all competitive product offerings. In addition, the zinc interior coating provides the inside of the tube with maximum corrosion and rust protection. Inside and out—Gatorshield is the best—and has been the best product choice for over 30 years. It can be painted to match any fabric cover.
